CTE Practical First Aid and CPR is a Pediatric First Aid and Infant/Child/Adult CPR Class. The class is in-person taught by an instructor through Zoom.  The class is Instructor led with the students being taught the skills of CPR, and assessed on their performance by the instructor in real time through Zoom. The Florida Department of Children and Families considers this class in-person since it is instructor led with an interactive skills assessment. Zoom is a real time video conference which means it is necessary that the students have a working camera (one camera for a group is sufficient), microphone, and stable internet connection to participate in this training.

 

This class is very adaptable to staffing needs allowing employers to have their personnel attend traditionally as a group at their business, or they can attend as a group with each employee logging in from wherever they are, or they can attend individually in any of our open classes. Employers also have the ability to register their new hires for the training on an individual basis as they are hired.  We provide many Zoom sessions weekly (Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm, Wednesday at 12pm and every other Saturday at 9am) that are open for anyone to attend. If you have a group of five or more participants wanting to attend as a group, we can schedule a Zoom session(s) tailored to your schedule.

 

The cost for the class is $45/person. We do offer a discount rate of $40/person for groups of 20 or more paying as a group.
